Is your organization struggling to connect with or reach out to youth?
Maybe you’ve tried social media campaigns, holding giveaways, reaching out to schools or even creating a youth council —but nothing’s sticking.
If youth engagement feels like a broken-up puzzle with too many pieces scattered everywhere, you’re not alone.

That’s where The Puzzle Hour comes in.

What is The Puzzle Hour?
The Puzzle Hour is a free, one-time 60-minute strategy session where you get to ask anything about youth engagement.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or trying to change an existing approach, this is a space to get honest insights, ideas, and direction. I’ve found that youth engagement works better when we have multiple perspectives at the table.
During your session, you can ask things like:
“Where do we even start with youth engagement?”
“How can we increase participation in our programs?”
“Why aren’t youth responding to our outreach?”
“What roles should youth actually play in decision-making?”
“How do we integrate youth into our decision-making process?”
“How do we reach youth without feeling performative or out of touch?”

Hi, my name is Sarah!
I'm a youth consultant.
With experience in the non-profit sector, politics, and community engagement, I strive to help non-profits connect with and engage youth to build stronger, more resilient communities.

My passion for youth engagement began long before I became a youth consultant. I work every day to ensure that every young person has a seat at the table.

Together, we can create a sector that makes a meaningful impact and helps youth thrive.
